Things I Drink (Nearly) Every Day

I am always on the lookout for cleaner and healthier options for myself and my family- whether it’s self care or beauty/skin products, clothing, the meals and snacks we have, clothing, cleaning supplies, etc. So today, I’m sharing my current lineup of items I drink on the regular, besides plain water of course. I reach for all of these often and appreciate there are no added sugars, food dyes, preservatives/chemicals, etc.

  1. Organic apple cider vinegar - I pour about tablespoon in my coffee cup and fill the rest with water and drink it first thing in the morning before anything else. ACV has a lot of health benefits, and fermented food/drinks are really good for your gut health. Plus, the water is great to hydrate BEFORE I go to coffee.

  2. Collagen peptides - I put a scoop of this in my coffee every morning and it dissolves seamlessly. It helps with hair, skin, nail, joint and gut health. I’ve noticed a difference in my hair & skin, and my joints aren’t as “achy” from tough workouts. The probiotics in this version are an added bonus!

  3. Creatine and Redmond’s Re-Lyte Immunity —> (get 15% off here)- I fill a shaker bottle with 1 scoop creatine, and 1 scoop of ReLyte Immunity for after my workouts. These are game changers for me and help me stay hydrated, support my immune system and help with muscle growth/recovery. Redmond’s makes an Electrolyte version, but I like the Immunity because it has a mix of vitamins C, D, B12, zinc, ginger root, turmeric, elderberry, and electrolytes. (I love the Redmond’s salt for cooking/baking and in my sourdough bread too!)

  4. FlavCity protein powder- This is made with organic, quality ingredients. It costs a little more than most powders, but you know you are getting no fillers, additives other junk. It’s perfect mixed with organic almond milk in a shaker bottle and SO delicious!

  5. Organic greens packets- In all honesty, I don’t drink this every day, but am trying to do this more, especially when I am not getting in all my fruits/veggies— like when I’m traveling. I researched lots of greens options (AG1, Arbonne, etc.) and this is organic, as well as the most cost effective, and without added sugars. Tastes pretty good too, although the last gulp can get a little gritty.

  6. Elderberry tea- At the end of the night, I like to sip on a warm beverage, and I love organic elderberry tea for the sweet flavor and immunity benefits. I got mine off of Thrive. Get 40% off a Thrive membership here.
